Mini quesadilla: made with corn masa and filled with potato and chorizo, topped with creamy avocado sauce.
Poblano and roasted corn soup garnished with corn and epazote
braised short ribs in barbacoa (or grilled zucchini & portobello mushrooms), marinated In guajillo Chile, apple cider, and Mexican spices served on banana leaf with grilled cactus
saffron rice and refried black beans topped with curtido red onion with habanero cilantro and mini radishes
Maria’s **** of desserts: dulcecito de leche cheese cake, coffee flan & rice pudding.
